Jim Humble's MMS Prototcol

For ever 1 drop of MMS activate by mixing it with 5 drops of the citric acid solution, swirl the glass to mix them together then just let sit for 3 minutes. After those 3 minutes are up add around 4 oz (120ml.) of water or *juice then drink it all up at once. Start with 1 drop of MMS twice a day then increase by 1 drop a day until you get up to 15 drops twice a day. Then stay at 15 drops of MMS mixed with 75 drops of the citric acid activator 3 times a day for 1 week. After that just do a maintenance dosage of 5 drops of MMS with 25 drops of the citric acid activator anywhere from twice a week to daily but then do it only once a day not twice.

Also if at anytime the detoxification symptoms become too strong then reduce the number of MMS drops by one or two and increase more slowly along with drinking plenty of water.

For children and pets: Start with 1 drops of MMS with 5 drops of the citric acid activator and slowly work up to 1 drop of MMS for every 8 lbs. (4 kilos) of body weight. So a 50 lbs. (23 kilos) child or pet would use no more then 6 drops of MMS mixed with 30 drops of the citric acid activator.

Juices can be used in place of water if there is no added vitamin C, but most juices are preserved with some form of vitamin C. Also do not take any supplements that contain vitamin C four hours before or after taking the MMS as it will neutralize the effectiveness of the MMS.

Also please note once in awhile the MMS bottles are filled a little too high which can prevent the drops from initially coming out of the dropper bottle. If this is the case all you have to do is turn the bottle upside down over the sink and shake the bottle a little to allow some of the MMS drops to come out, afterwards just wash the drops down the sink.

Instructions for making Citric Acid Activator Solution

To make a 10% citric acid solution take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of the citric acid powder and mix with 9 tablespoons (135 ml) of purified, ideally de-mineralized water. Then put the solution in dropper bottle that is included in the MMS kit.

Always activate the MMS drops with one of the food acids, either lemon juice drops, or lime juice drops, or citric acid solution drops

Warning: Do not use MMS full strength without mixing with 10% Citric Acid Activator. Keep out of reach of children. Keep out of direct sunlight. Also read the label on the bottle of MMS.
